The sun was scorching. The sand was too hot to walk on. And it was a beautiful day! Aside from the big blue umbrella that kept us in the shade, these were the items that protected us from the sun:
- Forever 21 owl lip balm (I couldn’t find my e.l.f. lip balm with SPF so I had to settle for this one!)
- Revlon Photoready BB Cream Light/Medium with SPF 35
- CeraVe Sunscreen stick with SPF 50 (for my face)
- Banana Boat sunscreen stick with SPF 50 (for my daughter’s face)
- NO-AD sunscreen with SPF 45

I really like the Revlon BB cream! I feel like it evens out my skin tone well, and survived pretty well though a couple of hot sweaty days at the beach. The Jergen’s lotion on the otherhand is one I decided I don’t like so much as the smell is too strong for me.
