Julep Maven Unboxed :) :) :)

I decided to go with the 3 month subscription and received my first Julep Maven box! What I liked about this box was I was able to select 2 of the items I recieved.  So I picked the long weekend eye shadow pallette and a dark steely grey nail polish called Rachael.   They also included a signature nail color in Julep which is color I will try to pass on to someone who enjoys purple polish.

The eye shadows seem to be soft, silky and smooth and are the natural shades that I am drawn to.

Overall I like my items (after all I picked them!) but I do feel the selection is quite limited and may cancel after I receive 3 boxes if I feel I’ve selected all the items I am interested in.

It is twice the cost of ipsy, but I still feel like it is a pretty good deal as you get full size products.
